I believe the body speaks through illness, signalling where energy may be depleted or out of balance in our lives. This understanding led me to begin my own healing journey over ten years ago. I trained in Theta Healing and Angelic Reiki to support clients at emotional and energetic levels. I later integrated Rifetech Plasma frequency work, to help clients observe supportive physical shifts as well. By combining energy healing with frequency methods, I offer a holistic approach designed to restore balance and support the body’s natural healing capacity.
