I have spent the last nine years coaching myself towards balancing mind, body and spirit. I hit the bottom when I lost one of my best friends to cancer at 40 years old.
I always believe I have a strong connection to the Angels.
I have written to spiritual books published over the last two years and currently writing a spiritual novel.
I have qualified in various healing modalities: NLP, life coaching, hypnosis and time line therapy, meditation. I am an instructor in Afro-Brazillian Martial Art of Capoeira and other fitness qualifications. The balance of mind, body and spirit is imperative.
