I discovered Yoga in 2003 which awakened my spirituality and healing journey. My love of Yoga has led me to teach Hatha Yoga at our own ‘SOL Yoga & Holistic Therapy Centre’ since I qualified in 2011.
Reiki came into my life in 2007 and I completed my Usui Reiki Master/Teacher in 2012 and now teach Usui Reiki 1, 2 & Master/Teacher levels & Magnified Healing® 1st Phase Workshop.
I love my work helping others to realise their own divinity. Connecting with the Angelic Kingdom has been a blessing in my life for which I’m truly grateful and feel honoured that I’m able to work with their loving healing energies to assist my-self and others with ascension.
