I first wanted to learn to do healing with my hands when I was 20 years old and was facilitating on a personal development course. One of the participants had an amazing experience during a session and she said the energy coming from my hands started it! At the time I had never heard of Reiki or any other type of hands on healing. I later found out about Reiki and at the time had become too ill to work. By learning and practising Reiki on myself, meditation and changes to my diet I began to recover to being well enough to work and live a more full and vibrant life.
I am passionate about healing and helping each of us to heal and be the best we can.
