I “found” Reiki (or should I say Reiki found me?) in 2017 while undergoing treatment for stage 3B breast cancer. I received free Reiki sessions through the Colorado-based non-profit, LifeSpark Cancer Resources. www.lifesparknow.org. I truly credit my Reiki sessions for helping my body to tolerate my tough chemotherapy regimen. I experienced pain and stress relief, as well a renewed sense of hope that I could and would heal.
When I completed treatment (which included surgery and radiation), I wanted to help others on this journey and asked my provider to become my sensei. I was attuned to RMT in Usui Shiki Ryoho system in April of 2019. I have been a LifeSpark volunteer provider since January of 2020.
In my quest to learn more about Reiki, I felt the calling to Angelic Reiki from the moment I became aware of this system of healing. After a rather quick search, I found a U.S. based Angelic Reiki teacher, Vialet Rayne, proprietor of Discover Your Spiritual Gifts, in Littleton, Colorado. I knew it was destiny. I live 45 minutes from the center! I earned my First and Second Level Angelic Reiki attunement on January 16, 2022. I then finished my Third and Fourth degree Angelic Reiki attunement on February 20, 2022. Additionally, I completed Soul Midwifery for Angelic Reiki on July 25, 2022.
