My spiritual journey started over 30 years ago when I connected with my guides and angels and was able to channel clairvoyant readings and work with spirit. In 2010 I attuned to Usui Reiki, progressed and developed personally and then went onto learning Angelic Reiki in 2020. I have also qualified in Reflexology and work with the Akashic Records. In 2023 I became a Master in Angelic Reiki and attuned to Pellowah and Prograna Energy Healing the same year. I work through Alba Roses Holistic in Haverfordwest as a Practitioner. I teach small groups Angelic Reiki, which I find so exciting and comes naturally to me.
