Hi, I’m Helen, I am a Registered Nurse of over 15 years. In 2018 I hurt my back, some may say I experienced a ‘dark night of the soul’ and found my spiritual self again. During this time, Reiki and Meditation helped me deal with the pain, improve my mood & mindset.
This in turn lead me to Angelic Reiki. I am also a Meditation Teacher. I know first-hand how much Reiki & Meditation can help you heal and in turn change your life for the better and feel privileged in being able to offer this amazing healing modality.
