I am a qualified Angelic reiki practitioner and teacher for level 1& 2 and Masters 3&4.
I also do guided meditations using sea shells which is another form of therapy as I am a lover of the ocean.
I have a level 2 certificate in counselling skills which helps with self-understanding and reflects on values and beliefs, these skills enable me to recognise when someone needs support or even a safe space to talk and I will actively listen.
