Emma is an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher with a background in psychology, mental health and peer coaching, alongside training in complementary and trauma-informed wellbeing approaches. With over fifteen years’ experience across the public and voluntary sectors, education and community initiatives, she has led projects that support recovery, connection and personal growth. Emma is also a musician and arts practitioner and is passionate about the therapeutic power of creativity. Her work weaves together psychology, spiritual practice, peer support and the arts to create compassionate spaces where individuals and communities can heal, flourish and rediscover their inner resilience.
