Hello, I am Denise I live a creative life designing and making artworks in clay and mixed media combined with my love of travel, cats, tea, cake and my call to practice as an energy worker.
After learning and understanding that my feelings and emotions were that of an empath (that I’d ignored for way too long!).
I started a path of self-healing, boundary setting and building on my own daily journey, of self-discovery. Through my own self practice, discipline and understanding this ultimately allows me to tap into other energies.
