I am a qualified holistic therapist, Reiki master and Mindfulness coach. I am also an Angelic Reiki Master and have dedicated my life to holistic health and supporting people to connect with themselves emotionally and spiritually. I was born with an interest in the power of nature and spirituality and growing up, in South Africa meant that I was fortunate enough to spend a large amount of time in the outdoors, being closely connected to animals and nature.
I also have qualifications in Colour Therapy and Aromatherapy and have spent time working with animals holistically. I am a qualified teacher as well as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, which supports me in delivering Mindfulness and spiritual workshops to all age groups. I am passionate about people taking ownership on their spiritual, physical and mental health and understanding the importance of looking after our "whole" being. This is crucial to leading a full, healthy life. I am devoted into supporting people from all walks of life and work very closely with children and teenagers, who deal with learning and behavioural barriers as well as ADHD.
