Hi I’m Amanda a 45 year old mum of 10 beautiful children. I am a holistic practitioner and coach which encompasses an array of practices and energy healing modalities that I practice and teach some of which include mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, cold water therapy, sound healing and many more. I work with children, young people and adults either 1:1 or in groups. I am also a trainee psychotherapist wanting to focus more on holistic psychotherapy of mind, body and soul healing.
