I am an Angelic Reiki Master, I have a diploma in Ancient Egyptian Shamanism. My own struggles with mental health led me to training to be a Mental Health Nurse. After working in Hospitals I knew the role of giving out medication was causing more harm to patients than good which led me to finding alternative healing methods. I want to give people the tools to heal from their trauma and help them find their purpose in life. I have been on my own healing journey, healing from anxiety and depression through breathwork, cold exposure, reiki, meditation, and many others.
