As an accomplished student of Tai Chi in the Lee Family Arts I have studied meditation in motion for over 18 years which has led me to my spiritual awakening with Angelic Reiki and being able to facilitate all levels of teachings from Level 1 1st degree through to 4th degree Master level.
I am also an NHS volunteer and a founder member of the award winning Fife Heart Buddy Scheme which helps people going through intervention with heart conditions.
This passion has led me being invited to sit on the Fife NHS Governance committee which oversees the Fife NHS Health Board as the patient representative for Fife
Working mobile and within Holistic Centres throughout Fife and beyond allows me to pass on this wonderful healing energy where others can benefit leaving the patient in a calm and relaxed state to enable them to cope better with Life’s daily challenges.
